Green Detox Smoothie
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 cup mango
1/4 cup cucumber
1 cup spinach
1 thumb ginger
1 tablespoon honey or agave if you like added sweetness
- Soak chia seeds in almond milk while preparing the remaining ingredients.
- Cut mango, cucumber, and avocado into large chunks.
- Dice ginger.
- Blend ginger, mango, cucumber, avocado, almond milk with chia seeds, and spinach.
